Patient Experiences
If through agreement with the relevant local air ambulance charity you share your story with us we will seek your consent through the air ambulance charity before using it in any way. We will communicate with your charity at the time you share your story as to how we intend to use your information and work with the charity to ensure that you are happy with the story before it is published.

Privacy and confidentiality of patient information is of paramount importance to us. Anonymised patient data may be used for improving patient care or research.
